No matter whether you have 5, 10, or 50 pounds of body fat to lose or lean muscle to gain — I believe my coaching program will help you.

There are, however, a two types of people that I cannot work with:

  • People with existing medical conditions and/or serious physical injuries that prevent them from lifting weights, and
  • People medically diagnosed with eating disorders

If you are hurt, sick, disabled or have a medical condition or limitations of any kind, I’m sorry but Project Physique: Transformation is not for you.

Yes and no.

It’s possible to perform these workouts at home, but you’ll need a pretty complete gym setup to do so (a power rack + bench setup, barbells/dumbbells, weight plates, and a chin up bar).

Otherwise, having access to a gym would be the best way to get the most out of these workouts.

It should take about 30-40 minutes to perform the base exercises, depending on how much time you spend warming up and how diligent you are with rest periods.

Performing the optional accessory exercises should take another 15-25 minutes. I’ll also give you tips on how to shorten your overall workout times and still make awesome progress.

That’s one of the best parts of Project Physique: YOU get to decide what you eat and don’t eat.

There’s no rigid meal plans that you have to follow, and nothing is off the table. Not alcohol, not candy, not ice cream, not chips.
